1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using HV Inspector ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Accounts
Accounts are provisioned for authorized personnel of subscribing organizations. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Professional responsibility
HV Inspector is a documentation tool. It does not replace qualified-person judgment, site-specific safety procedures, lockout/tagout, or the requirements of the authority having jurisdiction. Users remain responsible for the accuracy of inspection results, test values, and sign-offs they record.
4. Customer data
Inspection, commissioning, and safety records entered by your organization belong to your organization. We process that data only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Records may be retained after an individual user account is deleted where the organization requires them for compliance.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access data belonging to other organizations, interfere with the Service, reverse engineer it, or upload unlawful content.
6. Subscriptions
Paid modules are billed as described at purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability and offline field use, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
